LaunchLine (“LaunchLine,” “we,” “us”) provides Vela, an AI-powered customer care and onboarding platform for point-of-sale resellers and software providers. This policy explains what information we collect through launchlinevela.com and our text messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, role, email address, phone number, and anything you write in our contact, partner application, demo booking, or chat forms.
- Information from your messages and calls with us: the content of text messages and phone calls you have with LaunchLine, including calls handled by our AI voice assistant, and call recordings or transcripts where permitted.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and similar data collected through cookies and server logs.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and schedule demos and meetings.
- To provide, support, and improve our services.
- To send customer care and service text messages you have agreed to receive, such as replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups on your requests.
- To keep our site secure and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies to your phone number and to your consent to receive text messages.
We may share information with service providers who help us run our business, such as our messaging, telephony, hosting, scheduling, and email providers. They may use it only to perform services for us, and they may not use it for their own marketing.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the service providers described above, we share information only when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or in a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this commitment on mobile information continues to apply.
